For the National Grid for Lifelong Learning, I developed a resource for teaching a foreign language in both Welsh and English.
Built in ActionScript 2 on an existing framework, with course data in XML managed via a CMS. Subject-matter experts worked remotely; I also built tooling with XSLT and ASP. Multilingual and built with accessibility in mind.
